In order to become a member of the program, you must fill out a special form at the hotel reception. After filling in the form, you will receive a card with a personal number for which the points begin to apply.
Together with the card, you get a contract with the rules of participation in the "Loyalty Program", as well as instructions for using the card.
Rules for Green status:
1. Having filled out the application form of the participant of the loyalty program, you receive the status of Green, which gives you the opportunity to accumulate points.
2. The card that you received after completing the questionnaire is a number and corresponds only to your information according to the information you filled in the questionnaire.
3. Points will be scored ONLY after filling in the form. All your previous arrivals are not credited, since you have not yet been a member of the Loyalty Program.
4. All your services (hotel, restaurant, SPA, entertainment) from the deposit-credit card for the UCI will be charged to your card for subsequent periods of residence (except for corporate, group and promotional offers). To calculate the points of the participant of the loyalty program, use a deposit-credit card, as the cash form of payment is not taken into account for the total amount of your points.
5. Only the cardholder and his or her immediate family (wife, children, parents) can use the card in the presence of your card.
6. Points are credited only for your rest and your relatives (wife, children, parents).

Rules for participants with the status of Silver, Gold, Platinum:
1. A regular customer card with Silver status is numbered, with the status of Gold or Platinum is nominal.
2. No card type is subject to transfer to third parties.
3. Only your nearest relatives (wife, children, parents) can use your status card.
4. The discount, which corresponds to your status, extends to only 1 unit of the room fund.
5. For the correct calculation of bonuses - the visitor must pay for the services received in the territory of the Taor Carpathians with a credit-card (cash calculation is not taken into account), which he receives at the time of arrival and which allows to automatically calculate bonuses in the system of loyalty. Credit card payment is made on departure.
6. To obtain bonuses or discounts, the cardholder must present it to the payment transaction (while staying - before the arrival). Upon presentation of the card after payment, arrival in the room, payment correction is not made.
7. Cancellation of the card occurs in case of presentation of the card not by its owner and transfer of the card to third parties.
